After root, there are some necessary things to know....
Before starting we should keep in mind that "What is my purpose of rooting Android".
If its for only better usage of device then you are almost done... :)
But If you think that you want to do some adventure then your journey just stared. Many things to learn and may experiments awaits!
So ask yourself what is your mission.....
Now, Lets Think you are advanced user, You want to ride for adventure. So You need more purpose of rooting. In that case you most probably want to modify your Phone with heavy Tweaking by tools like Xposed Modules or you may port custom ROM for your phone.
If you want to do something like that. You must require the followings -
1. Time
2. Patience
3. Internet
4. Some Tools
5. A brain (A creative mind actually)
We have everything OK! But what are the Tools? -
Tools Required:
1. SuperSu/Super User/King Root (Will be installed while rooting phone)
2. MobileuncleTool.apk
3. Custom Recovery (Created by developers for flashing any flashable zip file)
SuperSu/Super User/King Root:
This app is used to give you Administrative Privilege over your Phone. We know that Android OS is based on Linux Kernel. That is its based on Linux. In Linux based OS. Super User or SU is similar like Administrative Privilege in windows.
So, Whenever you do something that normally your phone don't allow to happen. You need root and anyone of these three Super User Apps.

Always Remember : !!! SuperSU requires a rooted device !!! Without root it won't work.
MobileUncleTool:
This app
is used to do may tweak and engineering. Normally it is used to install Custom
Recovery.img and to set IMEI number.
- Install it in your phone.
- After first start the SuperSu will ask for Administrative Access Granting.
- Select Grant!
- The app will run with root permission
- Keep Internet Connection off while running this app.

Custom Recovery:
Think about windows OS. While booting a windows PC we can see a Black&Whire Screen Appears and load some data/files. After that windows started. It is Called BIOS.
Unlike BIOS Every Android Phone comes with a pre-installed Recovery mode. From which we can backup user data, format phone memory, etc.
But Default recovery mode has serious limitation. Actually you can't change anything with it. So developers prepared customized Recovery.img. Using this custom recovery you can flash any Custom ROM and any flashable zip file to tweak or modify your android.
